For the moment any spare time is entirely taken up with the refurbishment of our new home built in 1938.When I do have time to take a breather I love to cook for friends, spend time in the garden and hunt for treasure on E-bay and in flea markets.I can't survive without music wherever I go! |

At college I studied restoration and conservation. One particular aspect interested me more than any other - learning how to manipulate, paint, plaster and metal leaf.In the 20 years since I graduated my work has taken me all over the world and I\'ve had the pleasure of working with the best specialist decorating companies in the UK.In 2001 I founded Aurum Design.I have recently been furthering my skills in vere eglomise and have produce artworks which incorporate my love of gilding in various mediums such as glass, traditional water gilding over gesso and bole and large textured canvases inspired by my fascination with geology and crystaline structure.
